Welcome to Magic Mirror (com.smartmagicmirror.app). By installing, logging into, or using our Android application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Magic Mirror provides an ambient smart mirror dashboard display. Normal permissions (INTERNET, WAKE_LOCK, DISABLE_KEYGUARD) are granted automatically at installation. Dangerous runtime permissions (CAMERA for motion-based screen wake/sleep controls, and LOCATION for Open-Meteo weather updates and Nominatim geocoding) require explicit user approval via runtime dialogs.
Magic Mirror fetches ambient content from public endpoints including Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap Nominatim, and ZenQuotes. Daily quotes are cached locally until midnight. Weather visuals utilize native WMO emoji mappings on-device.
Users may log in via Google Sign-In or Outlook ICS Login. Accounts maintain isolated local data storage while providing equivalent feature access including task management, motion detection controls, calendar agenda displays, daily quotes, and display name customization.
Users may delete their account at any time within application settings. Executing account deletion immediately purges all locally stored session tokens, display names, calendar caches, task lists, quote caches, and configuration files from the device.
Magic Mirror is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from app performance or third-party API availability.
